Three words to describe you

Passionate, Goofy, Sunshine

Your favourite thing to treat

I always am so fascinated by the woman’s body. How it ebs and flows through the moon cycle and how the menstrual cycle is a very accurate “report card” of your well-being. Supporting women through their fertility journey is such a blessing and I am always in awe on how different and similar each woman is. But also musculoskeletal is always fun to treat because who doesn’t love seeing the upper traps jump.

Your go to way to unwind and relax

Taking my dog Leo out for a walk, hitting the gym, beating my husband at a game of crib or listening to music while having a dance party

A tip for people looking to enhance their health and well being

Get back to your basics. Rest, Diet, Movement and Community. Make sure those four pillars are supporting you and many of your health issues may resolve themselves.

Sweet or Salty

Salty gal, Miss Vickies chips are never safe.

Three words to describe you

Competitive, Loving, Hard-Working

Your favourite thing to treat

I love the correlation between muscles and meridians. I have a desire for treating headaches and relating it back to a root problem. The body is such a unique web and trying to find how one thing is linked to another is so fascinating! Your shoulder pain really might be causing your hip pain.

Your go to way to unwind and relax

A good book, fishing with my husband, dog cuddles always, and always just spending time with family!

A tip for people looking to enhance their health and well being

Remembering being in pain is not normal! Whether it’s emotional pain, menstruation pain or muscular pain! We are here to help your body remember what to do, it’s already trained it just might need a couple needles to put it back on its path!

Sweet or Salty

I’d say mainly salty! Definitley always opting to put salt on my pretzels vs chocolate!

Three words to describe you

Driven, Happy, Genuine

Your favourite thing to treat

I love doing cosmetic acupuncture and working with the face, it can be incredibly powerful work. Our faces and scalp carry tension and often times we over look these areas when it comes to treatment. I find great reward in assisting someone in feeling good on the inside and the outside. Plus who doesn’t want to feel a little extra glowy and snatched?

Your go to way to unwind and relax

Throwing heavy objects around at the gym, going for a frolic in nature, and belly laughs with my friends and family

A tip for people looking to enhance their health and well being

Learning how to regulate your nervous system and making a solid effort to feel grounded and grateful for every single day

Sweet or Salty

Three words to describe you

Grounded, Friendly and Compassionate

Your favourite thing to treat

My most recent passion has been to help people  release trauma and other emotional distress. Emotional trauma upsets the body harmony and the ability to balance and regulate. I’m always striving to help people be the best version of themselves and to heal so they can handle joy and accept happiness back in to their lives.

Your go to way to unwind and relax

I love to unwind in nature, whether it’s in my own yard or sitting by the lake with a good book and a cup of tea.

A tip for people looking to enhance their health and well being

Allow yourself to just BE. Note to self…you don’t always need to be accomplishing something!

Sweet or Salty

Hmmm…hard to say. I could crush a bag of sweet and salty kettle chips in no time flat.
