  • Acupuncture is an ancient form of alternative medicine where thin needles are inserted in specific spots on the body to balance the flow of energy. This energy is referred to as “Qi” (Chee). According to TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) theory, disease or pain stems from the stagnation, deficiency or excessive properties within your body. This can lead to physical or emotional pain and illness.

    Acupuncture can treat a wide range of health concerns including pain, digestive issues, menstrual imbalances, headaches, fatigue, mental health, and fertility. 

  • Herbal medicine has been used for centuries in all types of medicine. The energetic principles of plants, minerals and other living things allow for natural homeostasis, allowing the body to return to balance.

    Herbs are used to treat a wide range of health concerns including inflammation, digestive disturbances, pain, immunity, fatigue, and so much more.

  • Cupping therapy is a form of ancient Chinese medicine where a glass cup is applied to a specific spot of the body with the application of heat. It generates a suction within the cup that has many health benefits.

    It helps increase the circulation of the affected tissues, which can help promote regeneration and healing. It can also strengthen your immunity, release toxins from the body, and can also help dislodge mucus build up within the lungs.

  • Massage is a great way to reduce pain, reduce physical and mental stress, promote relaxation and help overall recovery. Certain techniques help with inflammation, swelling, joint range of motion and muscle tension. In our busy plugged in world today everyone could benefit from being unplugged and receive some body work.

  • Shockwave Therapy is a non-invasive regenerative treatment that stimulates the body’s natural healing process. The patient is administered shockwaves (sound waves) through a hand piece that penetrates deep into the tissue. This process promotes the release of growth factors, breakdown of scar tissue and increases both micro-circulation and stem cell regeneration. It can immediately provide pain relief and restore range of motion, while rehabilitating dysfunctional soft tissues such as tendons, ligaments, and fractures. This is a cumulative therapy often requiring 3 - 5 treatments with long term results, however patients see results in as little as one treatment.

    Radial - known as Radial Pressure Wave (RPWT, RSWT). The force is generated kinetically by compressed air firing a piece of metal that strikes a tip and when the metals collide they produce a pressure wave through the patient’s skin. Highly effective for superficial healing of muscles, tendons, joint pain, increases circulation and range of motion, and reduces pain. Radial treatment depth ranges from 0-4 cm.

    Focal - known as Extracorporeal Shockwave (ESWT). The force is generated by electromagnetic energy with specially formulated liquids. Waves are generated inside an applicator then focused through a lens and transmitted to the tissue at a focal point of depth. focal waves treat up to 12.5 cm depth with no energy loss and has treated up to 20 cm depth with some energy loss. Highly effective in treating tendinopathies, calcification, bursitis and non-union fractures.

  • Holley offers specific treatment for neutralizing and releasing trauma, stress, anxiety and other mental and emotional problems.

    With 20 years of experience as an RN, working in public health and 30 years as a registered acupuncturist, she combines her education, experience and knowledge to offer individualized treatment.
